- Sie verantworten die Strategie- und Konzeptentwicklung neuer Veranstaltungen und Veranstaltungsformate in Abstimmung mit unserer Geschäftsführung und treiben die Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Veranstaltungen voran
- Sie betreiben Wettbewerbsanalysen und beobachten den Markt mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen, um Trends und Innovationen zu identifizieren
- Sie unterstützen den Aufbau strategischer Allianzen zur Erschließung sich entwickelnder Märkte und nutzen neue Kommunikationskonzepte und -kanäle, um unsere Zielgruppen anzusprechen
- Sie erstellen Prognosen für Absatzzahlen und Umsätze und gestalten Vermarktungsstrategien für neue Märkte
- Sie führen Potenzialbewertungen für unsere Veranstaltungskonzepte durch und begleiten neue Konzepte in der Umsetzungsphase, agierend als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Development
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Sachkenntnis innerhalb der Branche der Energiewirtschaft aus, um beurteilen zu können, welche innovativen Ideen auf dem Markt eine Chance haben
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Messe- und Veranstaltungsbranche mit, sodass Sie ein umfassendes Geschäftsverständnis für Konferenzen und Messen besitzen
- Sie kombinieren analytisches und strategisches Denken mit einem interdisziplinären Ansatz und nennen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein souveränes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick Ihr Eigen
- Sie verfügen neben sehr guten Deutsch- über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
