Was erwartet Sie?
- Fokussierung auf die private Immobilienfinanzierung und Beratung der Kund:innen zu Neubau, Kauf, Modernisierung, Anschlussfinanzierung und Fördermitteln
- Aktive Ansprache von Kund:innen, Gewinnung von Neukund:innen und Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung individueller Baufinanzierungskonzepte basierend auf Kundenwünschen und überzeugende Präsentation dieser Konzepte
- Selbstständige Prüfung eingehender Finanzierungsanfragen unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Kreditvergabe
- Bereitstellung von Beratung und Unterstützung für Kund:innen bei Fragen zu bestehenden Baufinanzierungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene bankkaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Baufinanzierungsberatung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie starke Durchsetzungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit, um zeitnah Abschlüsse zu erzielen, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen abgestimmt sind
- Vertrautheit mit digitalen Finanzierungsplattformen und deren Nutzung für Kundengewinnung und -beratung
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Ziel- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Fachkenntnisse in der Durchführung von Bonitätsanalysen und der Bewertung von Sicherheiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
