Was erwartet Sie?
- Erste Anlaufstelle für Kund:innen und kompetente Ansprechperson für alle Kundenanfragen
- Beratung der Kund:innen im Standardgeschäft zu Anlage- und Ansparprodukten, Konsumentenkrediten, Versicherungsprodukten und Bausparen
- Verantwortung für den täglichen Geschäftsablauf und das Erscheinungsbild der Filiale
- Erkennen von Verkaufssignalen und deren Umsetzung entsprechend der Kundenbedürfnisse
- Kompetente, ganzheitliche und bedarfsgerechte Beratung der zugeordneten Kund:innen sowie Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Aktive Ansprache von Kund:innen und Gewinnung von Neukund:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene bankkaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung
- Möglichkeit für Berufsanfänger im Bankensektor (auch frisch Ausgebildete)
- Erforderlich: Nachweisliche Sachkunde für die Wertpapierberatung
- Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie verkäuferische Kompetenz
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hoher Einsatz
- Strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
