Mit einem ständig wachsenden Video-Portfolio werden wir unseren Kunden schnell und ressourcensparend einen echten Mehrwert bieten und unsere Serviceleistung auf ein anderes Level heben.
Deine Aufgaben:
Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf eine Produktpräsentation in Englisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
- Technische Produkterklärung auf Englisch und Deutsch in verschiedenen Video-Tutorials und Livestreams
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Video-Tutorials und Livestreams
- Moderation von Livestreams bei Produktvorstellungen und Q&A Sessions
- Einsprechen von Texten auf Englisch und Deutsch für Tutorials
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Service und der Produktschulung zur Erweiterung der eigenen Expertise

Dein Profil:

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Erfahrungen als technischer Trainer (idealerweise mit Kameraerfahrung) oder als Vertriebsingenieur wünschenswert
- Souveränes Auftreten, Lockerheit und Charme
- Affinität für Technik und deren Funktionsweise
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständige, ziel- und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
