Regelmäßige Einsätze bei Kund:innen vor Ort zur Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Kälte- und Klimaanlagen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst und nimmst moderne Kälte- und Klimaanlagen direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort fachgerecht in Betrieb.
- Du führst eigenständig Wartungen sowie Reparaturen durch und bist die erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Störungen an den Anlagen.
- Du analysierst Anlagenparameter, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Modernisierungen um, um die Effizienz der Systeme zu sichern.
- Du berätst deine Kund:innen kompetent zu technischen Fragen, erklärst die durchgeführten Arbeiten und sorgst so für eine hohe Servicequalität.
- Du dokumentierst deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und bereitest alle notwendigen Informationen für die Abrechnung vor.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Kälte- und Klimaanlagen mit.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, bist zuverlässig und hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Einsätze vor Ort unerlässlich.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit den Kund:innen sprichst du sehr gut Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
