Was erwartet Sie?

Gebäudetechnische Anlagen im Bestand prüfen / analysieren und Handlungsempfehlungen für Mieter, Investoren und Entscheider erstellen und beraten
TGA-Systemlösungen nach Anforderungen der Nutzung planen und Konzepte erarbeiten
Erstellung von detaillierten Kostenschätzungen und technischen Dokumentationen
Ausschreibungsunterlagen (einschl. Materialauswahl) erstellen und Angebote einholen und auswerten
Abwicklung der LPs 1 – 8 nach HOAI
Enge Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, Herstellern und anderen Projektbeteiligten
Weiterentwicklung konzeptioneller und gewerkeübergreifender Lösungen für Nachhaltigkeit und Energieeffizienz

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen etc.) oder Ausbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d)
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Ausschreibung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudetechnik sowie der HOAI
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär- und Elektrotechnik sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relevanter Fachsoftware (zum Beispiel AutoCAD, Revit)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau) und einen gültigen Führerschein
Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
Hohes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit zur Lösung technischer Probleme
Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung sowie zur Übernahme von Verantwortung in Projekten
Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien und Trends in allen Bereichen rund um die Gebäudetechnik
