Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst FTTH-Glasfaserprojekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Terminen, Budget und Qualität
- Du koordinierst und steuerst interne und externe Partner:innen sowie Behörden
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller technischen Vorschriften und gesetzlichen Anforderungen sicher
- Du überwachst und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt
- Du managst Risiken und Änderungen innerhalb der Projekte und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Subunternehmer:innen und internen Fachabteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Glasfaserprojekten, idealerweise im FTTH-Umfeld
- Du kennst die relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Genehmigungsverfahren und hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Versorgern und Bauunternehmen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und durchsetzungsfähig
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
