Deine Aufgaben:
- Du planst, überwachst und dokumentierst In-House-Baumaßnahmen wie Umbauten, interne Änderungen oder Erweiterungen unter Beachtung der bestehenden Infrastruktur
- Du beauftragst, koordinierst und nimmst Fremdleistungen ab
- Du trägst die Kosten- und Terminverantwortung für die zugewiesenen Projekte
- Du vertrittst die Firmen- und Bauherreninteressen gegenüber Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen und Handwerksbetrieben
- Du führst die jährliche Schulung für unsere internen Fremdfirmenkoordinator:innen durch und betreust sie zuverlässig bei deren Anliegen und Fragen
- Du unterstützt die Leitung Gebäudemanagement

Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Ingenieur:in oder Planer:in
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Ausführung, Abrechnung und Leitung von Baumaßnahmen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und hast eine starke Hands-On-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Organisationstalent
- Du trittst professionell gegenüber externen Partner:innen auf Augenhöhe auf
- Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
