Was erwartet dich?
- Aktive Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden und Partner im Bereich Wasserstoff und Energie-Infrastruktur
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells
- Teilnahme an Messen, Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen, zur Netzwerkpflege und Leadgenerierung
- Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen, Pitch-Decks und Vertriebspräsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Preisgestaltung und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Aufbau und Pflege eines strukturierten CRM-Systems zur Vertriebssteuerung
- Aufbau eines Vertriebsteams (mittel- bis langfristig)
- Durchführung umfassender Marktanalysen, um Trends, Chancen und Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren
- Analyse von Wettbewerbern und Erarbeitung von Zielmarktstrategien
- Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen zur Bewertung der Rentabilität unserer Technologien und Projekte
- Kalkulation von Projektkosten und Preisstrategien für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder Partnermanagement, idealerweise im Energiesektor, Wasserstoff oder B2B-Tech-Umfeld
- Verständnis für technische Produkte und komplexe Geschäftsmodelle (z. B. Energiespeicher, Wasserstoff, Infrastrukturprojekte)
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie der Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Kostenrechnungen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
