Was erwartet dich?
- Bindeglied-Funktion – Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektmanagern
und Produktionsleitern an unseren Standorten - Kundenkontakt zur Abstimmung von Projektdetails und bei projektspezifischen
Fragen für Vertrieb und Technik - Verantwortlich für Einkauf und Koordination von Bedruckstoffen,
Druck, Druckveredelung und zugehöriger externer Dienstleistungen - Terminüberwachung der Projekte
- Überwachung von Qualität und Quantität der eingehenden
Materialien/Leistungen - Erstellen von Auftragspapieren für die Produktion
- Erfassung und Prüfung von planabweichenden Projektschritten
- Projektabschluss und Rechnungsstellung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau bzw.
vergleichbare Ausbildung oder mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung,
idealerweise in der grafischen Industrie - Erfahrungen aus print- und/oder postprint-Branche von Vorteil
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
für komplexe Zusammenhänge - Kommunikatives Organisationstalent
- Wirtschaftliche Handlungsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. abas) von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
