Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Organisation der Baustellen, von der Materialdisposition bis zur Sicherstellung der Arbeitsqualität und -sicherheit.
- Als fachliche Leitung führst und motivierst du das Montageteam vor Ort und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle technischen Fragen.
- Du liest und interpretierst Ausführungszeichnungen und erstellst bei Bedarf eigene Fertigungsskizzen, auch mit Tools wie AutoCAD.
- Du planst die Bauabläufe, koordinierst die Termine mit allen Gewerken und dokumentierst den Projektfortschritt für die Projektleitung.
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle auf der Baustelle und pflegst eine partnerschaftliche Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Nachunternehmen.
- Du packst selbst mit an und führst anspruchsvolle Montagearbeiten im Bereich Sanitär, Heizung und Klima fachgerecht durch.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker*in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SHK-Handwerk mit und hast idealerweise schon erste Verantwortung auf Baustellen übernommen.
- Du bist sicher im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und hast bereits mit einer CAD-Software wie AutoCAD gearbeitet.
- Mit deiner organisierten und zupackenden Art übernimmst du gerne die Führung, motivierst dein Team und behältst auch in turbulenten Phasen den Überblick.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und kannst dich auf Deutsch und Englisch gut verständigen (B2-Niveau).
