Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust einen festgelegten Kundenkreis
- Du erstellst Ab- und Umsatzmeldungen für Kund:innen und führst Auswertungen sowie Analysen im BI Tool (Verkaufscontrolling) durch
- Du pflegst Stammdaten, einschließlich Kund:innen, Artikel, Konditionen und Preise
- Du wickelst Re-Fakturierungen und Gutschriften ab
- Du führst telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit den Kund:innen und bearbeitest Aufträge
- Du organisierst und koordinierst Kundenanliegen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bist Fachwirt (m/w/d)
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel (LEH)
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) mit
- Du hast eine hohe Zahlen- und IT-Affinität und bist stark kunden- und vertriebsorientiert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS Office und BI-Tools
- Du arbeitest strukturiert in einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum und zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und Engagement

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
