Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst selbstständig die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen unserer Mitarbeitenden
- Du verwaltest die Personalakten und deren Datenpflege
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, sowie für die Krankenkassen und Behörden
- Du bearbeitest den Schriftverkehr mit Krankenkassen und Behörden und kümmerst dich um das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und bist für die Pflege unseres Zeiterfassungsprogrammes zuständig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in diesem Bereich oder eine Weiterbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität für Zahlen und hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in diesem Bereich
- Du bist eine anpackende Persönlichkeit, die jede Aufgabe motiviert und zielorientiert angeht
- Du besitzt gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Datev
- Du verfügst über eine selbständige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und handelst dabei stets zielorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
