Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen eigenständig die Reparatur, Wartung und Instandsetzung unserer Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen direkt im Wohnungsbestand.
- Sie führen Modernisierungsarbeiten durch, von der Erneuerung einzelner Bäder bis hin zur Installation zeitgemäßer Heizungstechnik.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner beraten Sie unsere Mieterinnen und Mieter vor Ort bei technischen Fragen und sorgen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Im rotierenden Team stellen Sie den Havariedienst sicher und gewährleisten so die technische Versorgungssicherheit unserer Wohnungen.

- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und eigenständig, denn die Zufriedenheit Ihrer Kund:innen hat für Sie oberste Priorität.
- Als verlässliche:r Teamplayer:in packen Sie gerne mit an und behalten auch bei unvorhergesehenen Herausforderungen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
