Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die aktive Akquise und Betreuung von Investor:innen sowie Kaufinteressent:innen, um langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du betreust den gesamten Vertriebszyklus, vom Erstkontakt bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss, und kümmerst Dich um die Dir zugeordneten Vertriebspartnerschaften und Direktkund:innen
- Du unterstützt unser erfahrenes Vertriebsteam bei der Durchführung sämtlicher Vertriebsaktivitäten für unsere hochwertigen Immobilienkonzepte, von Besichtigungen bis zu Verkaufsverhandlungen
- Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau und die Erweiterung unseres Netzwerks an Vertriebspartner:innen, um das Wachstum und den Erfolg unseres Unternehmens zu fördern
- Du gestaltest Vertriebsschulungen, Präsentationen, Seminare, Webinare und Messen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau, Immobilienfachmann/-frau oder Finanzberater:in, Quereinsteiger:innen sind jedoch ebenfalls willkommen. Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche, ist wünschenswert
- Du hast Lust etwas zu bewegen und Dich weiterzuentwickeln, verfügst über Akquisitions- und Verhandlungsgeschick und ein überzeugendes, diplomatisches Auftreten
- Du verfügst über eine selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise. Mit Deiner professionellen und individuellen Kund:innenberatung baust Du nicht nur zufriedene Kund:innenbeziehungen auf, sondern erweiterst auch kontinuierlich Dein Netzwerk
- Du bist offen für Neues, bereit, die Extrameile zu gehen und aufgeschlossen, auch zu reisen

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
