Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die Koordination von Qualitätsprogrammen im pflanzlichen Bereich, insbesondere GLOBAL G.A.P.
- Du planst und koordinierst Audits sowie die Kundenbetreuung und führst Fachvorträge sowie Schulungsveranstaltungen durch
- Du unterstützt die Auditor:innen bei fachlichen und organisatorischen Fragen
- Du erstellst und dokumentierst Zertifikate und erfasst und pflegst Kundendaten sowie unsere Datenbank
- Du bist für die Automatisierung der Prozessabläufe und die Fortentwicklung des digitalen Systems zuständig

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine landwirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung, ein Studium der Agrarwissenschaften oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Du konntest bereits mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Pflanzenbau sammeln
- Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse zur Zertifizierung, im Qualitätsmanagement, zu ISO-Lehrgängen, in HACCP, Lebensmittelhygiene, Pflanzenschutz, Dünger, Bodenkunde sowie im integrierten Pflanzenschutz mit
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
