Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen selbstständig die genossenschaftliche Pflichtprüfung nach § 53 GenG durch
- Sie wickeln eigenständig die erweiterte Abschlussprüfung nach § 53 HGrG bei unseren Mitgliedsunternehmen ab, um die Überwachungsfunktion des Aufsichtsrates zu stärken (Prüfung von Buchführung, Jahresabschluss und Lagebericht sowie Prüfung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsführung)
- Sie leiten fachlich die Prüfungsassistenz an und überwachen diese

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Weiterbildung, z.B. als Bilanzbuchhalter:in, Prüfungsfachwirt:in oder Steuerfachwirt:in, oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, ggf. auch als Wirtschaftsingenieur:in, Wirtschaftsinformatiker:in oder Diplomkaufmann/-kauffrau
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen bei der Abschlusserstellung, Steuerberatung und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Sie sind Prüfer:in mit Herz und Verstand, haben Freude am Prüfen mit Konsequenz und Mandantenorientierung und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, sind teamfähig und haben eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
- Sie haben Interesse an kontinuierlicher beruflicher Weiterentwicklung und die Fähigkeit zur Kundenbindung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Sie verfügen über gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office (insb. Excel) sowie Digitalisierungskompetenz und wohnen in Baden-Württemberg

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
