Als technischer Berater wirst du teilweise eigenständig oder im Team an der Realisierung von Integrations- und Softwareprojekten arbeiten. Du bringst deine Erfahrung bei der Analyse und Konzeption ein und setzt Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden, Projektleiter und den Entwicklern um. Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern bietest du kundenspezifische Lösungen an und trägst die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört außerdem die Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Schnittstellen (Inbound und Outbound).

Was erwartet dich?

Du konzipierst Lösungen und setzt diese konfigurativ im System um, wie z.B. WebUi, Workflows und Geschäftsregeln
Du verantwortest die Einrichtung von MDM- und PIM-Schnittstellen, sowohl Inbound als auch Outbound
Du unterstützt gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen und unserem Entwicklerteam bei der Konzeption von Lösungen, basierend auf Analysen
Du erarbeitest dir ein tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kund:innen im Detail
Du stimmst dich zudem mit externen Partner:innen, wie Softwarehersteller:innen, ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder eine abgeschlossene Informatik-Lehre
Du bringst Erfahrung als Berater:in in Integrationsprojekten mit
Du hast Erfahrung in der Integration von PIM-Lösungen sowie Kenntnisse in Datenaustauschformaten und Schnittstellen, was von Vorteil ist
Du zeichnest dich durch starke Kundenorientierung, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denkvermögen aus
Du kommunizierst offen und proaktiv und verfügst über hervorragende Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Du hast gute Englisch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2-Niveau), die dein Profil abrunden

Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
