Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt innovative Konzepte für die Aus- und Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeitenden um
- Du organisierst und betreust unsere Ausbildungsprogramme, inklusive der Auswahl und Einstellung von Auszubildenden
- Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit unseren Führungskräften Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten
- Du planst und koordinierst Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, um individuelle und organisationale Ziele zu erreichen
- Du entwickelst Strategien im Kompetenz- und Talentmanagement, um Schlüsselpositionen nachhaltig zu besetzen
- Du bringst Deine Ideen in spannende HR-Projekte ein und treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung voran
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Pädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Aus- und besonders Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Du bist erfahren im Kompetenzmanagement, denn du hast bereits die Prozessgestaltung und -optimierung im Bereich Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, erfolgreich geführt
- Du bist kreativ und fit im Bereich Digitalisierung und bist bereit im operativen Bereich, wie z.B. der Vorbereitung, Abrechnungen und Administration mitzuwirken

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
