Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung des Werkstatt-Teams, planst die Auftragsabwicklung und sicherst die hohe Qualität unserer orthopädietechnischen Versorgungen.
- Du berätst Deine Patient:innen mit Empathie und Fachwissen, nimmst Maß und passt orthopädische Hilfsmittel wie Orthesen und Bandagen präzise an.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen entwickelst Du ganzheitliche und passgenaue Versorgungskonzepte.
- Du bringst Deine Ideen zur Optimierung der Werkstattprozesse ein und nutzt unsere digitalen Systeme zur Dokumentation und Planung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
