Manager für Kraftwerk und Energieversorgung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du ermittelst Einsparmöglichkeiten und gibst Empfehlungen für einen energieeffizienteren Betrieb
- Du analysierst Energieverbrauchsdaten
- Du erstellst Konzepte und arbeitest Energiespar- sowie Umbauprojekte aus
- Du führst Energie-Audits durch
- Du berätst intern zu umweltfreundlichen Praktiken und Umweltbelangen
- Du optimierst und betreust technisch das Kesselhaus und die Produktionshilfsanlagen
- Du arbeitest mit Fremdfirmen zusammen und koordinierst diese bezüglich des Kesselhauses
- Du koordinierst und veranlasst erforderliche Überprüfungen von technischen/überwachungspflichtigen Anlagen
- Du erstellst und führst die entsprechenden Prüflisten und Prüfprotokolle
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Behörden (TÜV, Gemeinde, Gewerbeaufsicht, etc.)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder bist Techniker:in im Bereich Energie-Management, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar und mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betreuung eines Kesselhauses
- Du bringst Projektmanagement-Erfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist leistungsorientiert und anpassungsfähig
- Du denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert und wirtschaftlich
- Du bist belastbar, ausdauernd und durchsetzungsstark

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
