Was erwartet Dich?
- Du entwickelst Projekte vorrangig im Bereich der Planung
- Du steuerst alle Projektaktivitäten in der Projektentwicklungsphase
- Du initiierst und koordinierst die Bauleitplanung und bauplanungsrechtlichen Verfahren zur Erlangung der Baureife
- Du beauftragst, koordinierst und führst Dienstleister:innen (Nachunternehmer:innen, Gutachter:innen, Planer:innen, Beratende, etc.)
- Du wirkst beim Aufstellen der Vergaben und Verträge mit
- Du erstellst eigenständig einen Projektzeitplan sowie eine Kostenplanung, führst diese fort und hältst sie ein
- Du identifizierst potenzielle Projektrisiken, bewertest diese fortlaufend und ergreifst eigenverantwortlich geeignete Maßnahmen zur Risikobewältigung
- Du kommunizierst aktiv vor Ort (mit Nachunternehmer:innen, Kommunen, Bürger:innen, Grundstückseigentümer:innen, Genehmigungsbehörden, etc.)
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt idealerweise einen Meister- oder Technikerabschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik, erneuerbare Energien oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Photovoltaik oder Energiebranche
- Du kennst die einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich Photovoltaik und Energietechnik
- Du verfügst über starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Du zeigst hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit verschiedenen Ansprechpersonen
- Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Projektmanagement-Tools und MS Office
- Du bist reisebereit und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
