Deine Aufgabe bei uns ist es, ökologische und landschaftsplanerische Aspekte in Planungsprozesse zu integrieren und damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung zu leisten. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team fundierte Konzepte, erstellst Fachgutachten und begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung – immer mit dem Ziel, Natur, Mensch und Infrastruktur in Einklang zu bringen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umweltplanung, einschließlich UVS, LBP, Landschaftspläne und Umweltberichte inklusive GOP
- Du begleitest Bauprojekte umweltfachlich und setzt Naturschutzmaßnahmen um
- Du erstellst landschaftspflegerische Ausführungsplanungen
- Du führst Artenschutzgutachten durch, einschließlich saP und FFH-Verträglichkeitsprüfungen
- Du arbeitest an der Bauleitplanung, insbesondere Flächennutzungs- und Bebauungsplänen
- Du entwickelst Biotopverbundplanungen und Konzepte für Schutzgebiete sowie zukunftsweisende Konzepte für regenerative Energieprojekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Biologie, Landschaftsplanung, Landschaftsökologie, Geographie, Landschaftsarchitektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst min. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einem der oben genannten Bereiche mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit GIS-Software (ArcGIS, QGIS), AutoCAD und MS Office
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Flora, Fauna und Biotoptypenkartierung
- Du bist kommunikationsstark bei Terminen und Gremiensitzungen und kannst Arbeitsergebnisse präsentieren
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
