Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen den operativen Betrieb der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Switches, Router, Firewalls, WiFi, TK, Video) sicher
- Sie sorgen für den operativen Betrieb der Serverlandschaft sowie Anwendungs- und Datenbanksysteme im Microsoft- und VMware-Umfeld
- Sie erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte, unterstützen Projekte und optimieren ständig Prozesse im Netzwerk- und Serverumfeld
- Sie erstellen, führen durch, werten aus und verbessern Desaster-Recovery-Szenarien und Stresstests
- Sie koordinieren externe Dienstleister und erstellen sowie pflegen Anwendungs- und Prozessdokumentationen sowie Betriebshandbücher
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Patch, Release und Deployment Management sowie 1st und 2nd Level Support im Infrastrukturbereich

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Administration von heterogenen Netzwerk- und Serverumgebungen und kennen sich mit allen gängigen Netzwerk- und Internetprotokollen aus
- Sie haben Erfahrungen mit Standard-IT-Prozessen und idealerweise branchenübliche Zertifizierungen, bspw. Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA)
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in Google Cloud/ Google Workspace oder vergleichbaren Technologien
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, proaktiv und strukturiert und haben ein sehr gutes analytisches, konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Sie sind teamfähig und belastbar

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
