Leitung Qualität und Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen die Qualitätsstrategie um, insbesondere führen und verbessern Sie kontinuierlich das Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) gemäß ISO 9001
- Sie managen Reklamationen, bearbeiten und analysieren Kundenreklamationen und führen Korrekturmaßnahmen mittels etablierter Qualitätsmethoden wie dem 8D-Report ein
- Sie verantworten die Anwendung und Schulung von Qualitätsmethoden wie PDC, Ishikawa und statistischer Prozesskontrolle (SPC), um die Produkt- und Prozessqualität kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Sie planen und führen interne und externe Audits durch, um die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicherzustellen
- Sie erstellen Qualitätsberichte und Kennzahlen für die Geschäftsführung und nehmen an Managementmeetings teil, um die Qualitätslage im Unternehmen darzustellen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vertrieb und der Produktion zusammen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und mögliche Qualitätsprobleme zu erkennen und zu beheben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im technischen Bereich, wie z.B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualität mit Führungsverantwortung
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Auditorenqualifizierung nach TS16949 oder ISO14001
- Sie besitzen anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse in der Prüf- und Messtechnik sowie gute Kenntnisse in relevanten ERP-Tools und MS-Office
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und bringen Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
