Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft eines hochmotivierten Teams und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf der Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Betrieb der Managed Service Plattform sicher
- Du stellst operative Leitlinien mit strategischem Hintergrund bereit, bietest Mentorenschaft und Unterstützung für Teammitglieder, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben und eine qualitativ hochwertige Leistungserbringung zu gewährleisten
- Du arbeitest mit Interessenvertreter:innen wie der Produkt- und Hardwareentwicklung, dem Produktmanagement und dem Rechenzentrumsbetrieb zusammen, um Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und die rechtzeitige Fertigstellung von Projekten sicherzustellen
- Du legst umfassende Betriebs- und Produktpläne mit strategischen Initiativen, wichtigen Meilensteinen, Ressourcenzuweisungen und Zeitplänen fest, um das Team bei der Erreichung operativer Spitzenleistungen und der Bereitstellung innovativer Produkte im Einklang mit den Geschäftszielen zu unterstützen
- Du implementierst Best Practices, Prozesse und Standards zur Optimierung der Effizienz, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit des Betriebs der Managed-Service-Plattform und gewährleistest einen soliden 24x7-Rufbereitschaftsbetrieb
- Du überwachst Leistungsmetriken, analysierst Trends und implementierst Lösungen zur Verbesserung der gesamten Managed-Service-Plattform-Infrastruktur. Du erstellst und pflegst Berichte (KPI, Scorecard) zur Visualisierung des Leistungsstatus von Aufgaben und Projekten, um Transparenz und effektive Kommunikation zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in einer dynamischen Hosting- oder Cloud-Infrastrukturumgebung, mit nachweislichen Kenntnissen in der Verwaltung von Plattformdiensten, im Umgang mit dynamischen Arbeitslasten und in der Anpassung an sich entwickelnde technologische Landschaften
- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in datengesteuerten (KPI, OLA/SLA) leitenden Funktionen im operativen Management von Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Virtualisierungstechnologien und Managed Service Platform Operations
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte taktische Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten, mit einer Erfolgsbilanz bei der Leitung technischer Teams in gemischten, hybriden und dezentralen Umgebungen
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Dokumentations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Teammitgliedern, Interessengruppen und Kund:innen zu interagieren
- Du hast ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Liebe zum Detail und einen proaktiven Ansatz zur Lösung technischer Probleme. Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, einschließlich Prioritätensetzung, Ressourcenzuweisung und Einhaltung von Fristen
- Du bist engagiert für kontinuierliches Lernen, ständiges Aktualisieren von technologischen Fortschritten und Vorantreiben von Innovationen innerhalb des Teams. Du denkst kundenorientiert mit dem Bestreben, außergewöhnlichen Service und Support zu bieten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
