Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Workshops und Coaching-Sitzungen für Entwicklungsteams zu Best Practices in den Bereichen Cloud Security, Secure Coding und Threat Modeling durch
- Du berätst zu Compliance-Anforderungen (ISO 27001, GDPR/DSGVO, BSI) und bereitest auf Audits und Zertifizierungen vor
- Du identifizierst und bewertest Sicherheitsrisiken in IT-Systemen, Prozessen und Infrastruktur und implementierst geeignete Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. Firewalls, Verschlüsselung, Zugangskontrollen)
- Du wirkst am Entwurf und an der Weiterentwicklung einer Sicherheitsarchitektur für die Cloud, die auf Code basiert, mit
- Du entwickelst Notfallwiederherstellungs- und Geschäftskontinuitätspläne und koordinierst Reaktionen auf Sicherheitsvorfälle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise in Cloud-nativen Umgebungen (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Du besitzt vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerksicherheit, Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement (IAM) und Containersicherheit
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z. B. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) und Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus, um sowohl technische als auch nicht-technische Stakeholder einzubinden und zu entwickeln
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops oder Mentoring-Programmen mit
- Du hast eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit einem „praktischen“ Ansatz und einen proaktiven, teamorientierten Arbeitsstil
- Du bist lernbereit, offen für neue Technologien und begeistert von der Weitergabe von Wissen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
