Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen bei strategischen Aufgaben im Einkauf.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Disposition, Bestellabwicklung und Lieferterminverfolgung von Einkaufskomponenten mit internationalen Geschäftspartnern.
- Sie sind die Ansprechperson für die Auswärtsvergabe von Fertigerzeugnissen, einschließlich Bestellabwicklung, Koordinierung und Rechnungsprüfung.
- Sie sind zuständig für die Stammdaten- und Preisverwaltung sowie die Rechnungsprüfung.
- Sie führen Bedarfsanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Kundencenter, Logistik und Fertigung durch.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene (kaufmännische oder technische) Ausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (zum Beispiel BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches) und verfügen über technisches Verständnis für unsere Produkte.
- Sie haben idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im elektrotechnischen Umfeld, und erste Berufserfahrung im strategischen industriellen Einkauf für Produktionsmaterialien.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau).
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen (zum Beispiel SAP Business One).
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und analytische Fähigkeiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
