Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Inspektionen sowie Funktionskontrollen an elektrischen haustechnischen Anlagen durch
- Sie installieren elektroseitig technische Anlagen der Gewerke Heizung und Sanitär, wie z.B. die Montage und den Anschluss von Raumtemperaturreglern sowie Stellmotoren von Fußbodenheizungen, den elektrischen Anschluss von Wohnungslüftern, Heizungssteuerungen, Pumpenanlagen, Lüftungssteuerungen und Rauchgasklappen
- Sie diagnostizieren Fehler und beseitigen Störungen und Schäden sowie tauschen defekte Bauteile aus
- Sie montieren und nehmen Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik in Betrieb
- Sie bauen kleinere Schaltschrankanlagen um oder rüsten diese auf

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf, z. B. als Elektroniker:in oder Elektroinstallateur:in
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik mit
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig, eigenständig und gewissenhaft
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über gewerkübergreifende Kenntnisse – dies ist aber kein Muss
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um sich im Team und mit Kunden abzustimmen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
