Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort
- Du analysierst Störungen und Fehlerquellen systematisch, findest pragmatische Lösungen und behebst auch komplexe Schäden wie Rohrbrüche zuverlässig
- Als erste Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Kund:innen kompetent, erklärst die durchgeführten Arbeiten und sorgst für eine hohe Servicequalität
- Du dokumentierst deine Einsätze und erfassten Leistungen sorgfältig und stellst so eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung im Team sicher

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in (SHK), Gas- und Wasserinstallateur:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung im SHK-Bereich und der Rohrbruchbeseitigung mit
- Mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick und deiner lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise findest du für jedes Problem eine saubere Lösung
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und zuverlässig, bist aber gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer, auf den sich deine Kolleg:innen verlassen können
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und kommunizierst dank deiner sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse klar und freundlich mit unseren Kund:innen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
