DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du nimmst die Ziele und Rahmenbedingungen auf und analysierst sie beim Aufbau eines SOC/CDC bzw. den technischen Lösungen in diesem Umfeld
- Du entwickelst Betriebs-, Rollen-/Rechte-Konzepte sowie SOC- und CDC-Prozesse
- Du konzipierst, designst und implementierst Softwarelösungen zur Erkennung, Reaktion und Abwehr von Cyberangriffen
- Du entwickelst, implementierst und optimierst Detektionsmechanismen
- Du bist Mentor für Kollegen mit weniger Berufserfahrung
- Du leitest Projekte und Teams bei größeren Kundenprojekten

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und/oder dem Betrieb von Security Operations Centern (SOC) bzw. in angrenzenden Themenbereichen mit, oder du hast einen Master-Abschluss in einem Studiengang mit klarem Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit
- Du hast eine solide Grundlage in allen Makrobereichen der IT (Networking, Betriebssysteme & grundlegendes Scripting)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit zu reisen (90 % unserer Projekte sind aktuell remote)
- Du hast eine analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Du zeigst eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und übernimmst Verantwortung im Team
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch
- Du hast Kenntnisse und Hands-on-Erfahrungen in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Produktsegmente:
- SIEM (z.B. Elastic SIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk Enterprise Security, QRadar)
- EDR (z.B. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Elastic Defend, CrowdStrike Falcon)
- NDR (z.B. Corelight, Vectra AI, Darktrace)
- SOAR (z.B. Swimlane, Palo Alto XSOAR, Microsoft Sentinel)
- THOR APT Scanner

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
