Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine internationale Paid Social Strategie in über 20 Märkten um
- Du steuerst, überwachst und optimierst Prospecting- und Retargeting-Kampagnen entlang des Funnels
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Content-Trends und überträgst diese kreativ auf unseren Markenkontext
- Du steuerst eigenständig Kampagnen basierend auf Performance-Daten (ROAS, CTR, CPM etc.) und arbeitest eng mit Kreativteams zur Content-Optimierung & Testing zusammen
- Du nutzt Analysedaten zur Prozessautomatisierung & kanalübergreifenden Performance-Steigerung und entwickelst sowie managst datenbasierte Paid Social Kampagnen
- Du beobachtest stetig den Markt & implementierst neue Tools & Best Practices

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige, datengetriebene Online-Marketing-Erfahrung (idealerweise im E-Commerce)
- Du bist vertraut mit Budgets auf Meta, TikTok & Pinterest und hast Erfahrung mit Produktfeeds, dynamischen Ads & Automatisierung
- Du gehst sicher mit Meta Business Manager, Excel, Google Analytics etc. um
- Du begeisterst dich für Technologie, Performance Marketing und kreative Prozesse
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen (Deutsch ein Plus) und hast Interesse an Subkulturen wie Musik, Streetwear, Skateboarding oder Kunst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
