Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Standort in Einbeck (hybrid) einen Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Cloud Services & Managed Infrastructure Bereich in Vollzeit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Hauptansprechperson für Supportthemen und steuerst Maßnahmen zur schnellen und effizienten Lösung
- Du analysierst und optimierst kundenspezifische Prozesse und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher
- Mit proaktiver Beratung und durchdachten Lösungen sorgst du für hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du entwickelst innovative Konzepte und Architekturen für die IT-Umgebungen unserer Kund:innen
- Du planst und führst Kundenprojekte eigenständig durch und zeigst dich als kompetente Ansprechperson
- Du leitest ein Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden, stärkst individuelle Kompetenzen und begleitest neue Kolleg:innen als Mentor:in

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und gut Englisch (B2)
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in) und einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit solidem IT-Fachwissen
- Du hast Führungserfahrung und kannst ein Team motivieren und weiterentwickeln
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung von Cloud Services & Managed Infrastructure-Projekten
- Du hast sehr gute technische Kenntnisse in Produkten/Lösungen von Microsoft, VMWare/Broadcom, Veeam, DellEMC und Citrix
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Cloud Service Provider / Managed Service Provider-Umfeld
- Du hast Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Du kommunizierst klar und effektiv mit Team und Kunden.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und strategisch.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und teilst dein Wissen mit anderen.
- Du handelst lösungsorientiert und setzt Projekte entschlossen um.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
