Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen eigenständig die Finanzbuchhaltung für verschiedene Mandanten (Unternehmen) durch, einschließlich der Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und monatlicher Abschlüsse.
- Sie führen Lohnkonten und sorgen für eine ordnungsgemäße Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Sie erstellen und übermitteln Sozialversicherungsnachweise und Lohnsteueranmeldungen zuverlässig.
- Sie nutzen DATEV-Software, um Buchhaltungs- und Steuerdaten effizient zu verwalten und zu verarbeiten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss im Bereich Steuern oder haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Büro erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung, in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen oder in der Erstellung von betrieblichen und privaten Steuererklärungen
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung und ggf. Qualifikationen in Finanzbuchhaltung und Steuererklärungen.
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrungen in einer Steuer-Kanzlei, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie benötigen keine zwingenden steuerspezifischen Qualifikationen, da wir offen für Quereinsteiger mit Bezug und Erfahrung im Finanzbereich sind
- Sie haben idealerweise Datev-Kenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
