Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die operativen Einkaufsprozesse reibungslos laufen, indem Sie die rechtzeitige Lieferung von Verpackungsmaterialien koordinieren und die Bestellprozesse optimieren
- Die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und die Erstellung sowie Versendung von Anfragen an (potentielle) Anbieter liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung
- Sie prüfen die Angebote, verhandeln Konditionen und sorgen für eine rechtzeitige und kosteneffiziente Beschaffung von Verpackungsmaterialien
- Außerdem übernehmen Sie die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Ausschreibungen
- Die Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung von Verpackungs-Optimierungsprojekten rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Einkauf oder eine vergleichbare Position
- Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Verpackung, bringen Sie bereits mit
- Durch Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick, Ihr analytisches Denken und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise, haben Sie Ihren Verantwortungsbereich fest im Griff
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen und MS Office sowie eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab
- Außerdem sind Sie kommunikativ und arbeiten gerne im Team sowie mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
