Zerspanungsmechaniker im Bereich Drehen und Fräsen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie richten selbstständig die Maschinen STAR LR 20 J (Langdreher) mit Fanuc-Steuerung, Miyano ANX-42 SYY (mit 2 Revolvern, 3 Linien) – Citizen-Steuerung und Goodway CNC-Drehmaschine (2-Achs, Fanuc-Steuerung) ein und programmieren sie
- Sie programmieren und bedienen eigenverantwortlich verschiedene Maschinen, darunter die STAR LR 20 J (Langdreher), Miyano ANX-42 SYY und Goodway CNC-Drehmaschine
- Sie übernehmen ebenfalls die Verantwortung für das Fräsen an unseren Haas-Maschinen und tragen aktiv zur Qualitätsfertigung bei
- Sie optimieren und überwachen die Bearbeitungsprozesse
- Sie produzieren Kleinserien und stellen die Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität der gefertigten Teile sicher
- Sie führen kleine Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker*in, CNC-Fachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der CNC-Programmierung und -Einrichtung, idealerweise mit Fanuc- und Citizen-Steuerungen
- Sie haben ein technisches Verständnis und gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und präzise
- Sie sind teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
