Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst eine wachstumsorientierte Produktstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und SAP SE
- Du identifizierst Märkte und Kundensegmente und setzt eine Go-to-Market-Strategie auf
- Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung und die Konzeption sowie Umsetzung des Produktes
- Du präsentierst das Produkt weltweit bei Kund:innen auf Managementebene
- Du unterstützt das unternehmensinterne Vertriebsteam und Partnerunternehmen bei der erfolgreichen Platzierung am Markt und baust ein leistungsstarkes Partnernetzwerk auf
- Du führst Marktanalysen durch, generierst Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung des Produktes und arbeitest eng mit einem motivierten Entwicklerteam zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist selbstbewusst, ehrgeizig und extrovertiert
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im Product Management von Industriesoftware
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung einer Portfolio Strategie, Go-To-Market Strategie, im Value Proposition Design oder Sales Enablement
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse und bist bereit, ca. 20% zu reisen, um Termine mit Kunden vor Ort wahrzunehmen und da du einmal im Monat an unseren Standort nach Halle (Saale) kommen sollst
- Du hast einen (Fach)Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Umweltmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
