Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen festen Mandantenstamm, vorrangig mit der ADDISON Software.
- Du erstellst Einkommensteuererklärungen für Privatpersonen und bist die erste Ansprechperson für die steuerlichen Anliegen deiner Mandant:innen.
- Du unterstützt das Team aktiv in der Finanzbuchhaltung, indem du die laufende Buchführung für verschiedene Mandate bearbeitest.
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen wirkst du bei der Erstellung von kleineren Jahresabschlüssen und den dazugehörigen betrieblichen Steuererklärungen mit.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung.
- Du bist sicher in der Finanzbuchhaltung, der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und in der Lohnabrechnung.
- Pluspunkte gibt es für Erfahrung mit Kanzleisoftware wie ADDISON – aber das ist kein Muss.
- Deine sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
