In unserem Team bist du als Senior Buchhalter (m/w/d) ein wesentlicher Bestandteil eines erfahrenen Teams, das dafür verantwortlich ist, spannende Projekte buchhalterisch zu begleiten und unser Produkt auf die Parkflächen zu bekommen.

Was erwartet dich?
- Verantwortungsvoller Umgang im Bereich “General Ledger”: Eigenständige Verbuchung des betrieblichen Anlagevermögens, Intercompany Transaktionen, Rückstellungen und Bilanzierung
- Präzise Kontenabstimmung: Vollständige Abstimmung und eigenverantwortliche Überwachung der Bilanz im deutschsprachigen Raum zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten und transparenten Buchführung.
- Jahresabschluss & Prüfungssicherheit: Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Anlagevermögens und der Bilanz im Rahmen der Jahresabschlusserstellung sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Wirtschaftsprüfung.
- Aussagekräftiges Reporting: Erstellung präziser betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Berichte zur Unterstützung fundierter Geschäftsentscheidungen.
- Proaktive Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation und gezielte Steuerung von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Buchhaltungsprozessen, um Effizienz, Genauigkeit und Automatisierung der täglichen Abläufe nachhaltig zu steigern.
- Verantwortung im Team: In Abwesenheit der Teamleitung übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung innerhalb des Accounting-Teams, fungierst als kompetente*r Ansprechpartner*in und stellst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen sicher, dass alle Arbeitsprozesse zuverlässig und ohne Unterbrechung fortgeführt werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Experience: Mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung nach HGB – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Anlagevermögen und Bilanzierung – agierst Du sicher und lösungsorientiert.
- Background: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst relevante Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Finance oder Accounting mit.
- Tools: Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise DATEV und verfügst über sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- Struktur: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufbereiten, arbeitest organisiert und setzt klare Prioritäten.
- Kommunikation: Du bist in der Lage, fließend auf Englisch und Deutsch zu kommunizieren.
