Was erwartet dich?
- Du nimmst alle in der Zentrale anfallenden Einsätze aus dem Geschäftsbereich an, protokollierst, disponierst, gibst weiter und überwachst sie
- Du stellst die Einsatzbereitschaft her und erledigst alle damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Aufgaben
- Du erfasst und bearbeitest die einsatzrelevanten Patient:innendaten
- Du organisierst den Dienstbetrieb der Service-Zentrale
- Du setzt Maßnahmen im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung um
- Du überprüfst und aktualisierst regelmäßig dein Informations- und Arbeitsmaterial bzw. gibst Änderungen an die zuständigen Stellen weiter
- Du erstellst abrechnungsfähige Transportunterlagen und steuerst alle Ressourcen effizient

- Du hast Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen oder in der Disposition
- Du verfügst über EDV-Kenntnisse
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten (Schichten zwischen 6:00-19:00Uhr)
- Du zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und effizient
- Du bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
