Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verarbeiten Informationen, einschließlich Berichte, E-Mails und Protokolle
- Sie erstellen tabellarische Übersichten, Präsentationen und Formulare nach Vorlage
- Sie führen Übersetzungsarbeiten Deutsch/Französisch durch, einschließlich technischer Spezifikationen, Anleitungen, Dokumentationsunterlagen, Reparaturberichte, Stücklisten, Reviews und Reiseberichte
- Sie unterstützen technisch andere Fachabteilungen der Prozesskette und verfolgen Termine
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Stammdaten und technische Dokumente im Bereich der BU
- Sie erstellen Statistiken, Kennzahlen und Auswertungen und organisieren Meetings, Reisen, Buchungen und den Informationsaustausch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Ähnliches
- Sie bringen im idealen Fall bereits zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, aber auch direkt nach der Ausbildung sind Sie herzlich bei uns willkommen
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Adobe Acrobat
- Sie beherrschen Französisch in Wort und Schrift gut, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Dokumentation mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
