Das erwartet Dich:
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die zentralen Risikomanagement-Berichte für unsere Mandanten, von der Ermittlung des Zinsergebnisses bis zur Risikotragfähigkeit, und nutzt dabei gängige Bankanwendungssoftware.
- Du steuerst die jährliche Risikoinventur sowie die Eckwert- und Kapitalplanung und schaffst so eine verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsleitung unserer Kunden.
- Du unterstützt unsere Banken aktiv im operativen Meldewesen, insbesondere bei der fristgerechten Einreichung der RTF-Meldung und der Durchführung des LSI-Stresstests.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du bestehende Risikomanagement-Prozesse und -Methoden kontinuierlich weiter und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung ein.

Das bringst Du mit:
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) abgeschlossen oder bringst mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Risikomanagement einer Bank mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigeninitiativ und präzise, gepaart mit einer analytischen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise.
- Idealerweise kennst du dich bereits mit der Bankanwendungssoftware der Sparkassenfinanzgruppe oder der Genossenschaftsbanken aus.
- Gelegentliche Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands, um unsere Kunden vor Ort zu betreuen, sind für dich eine willkommene Abwechslung.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
