- Disziplinarische Führung des Teams und operative Steuerung der Aktivitäten
- Sicherstellung der technischen Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortung für Vertrieb, Angebotserstellung und Generierung von Aufträgen
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer langfristig erfolgreichen Vertriebs- und Unternehmensstrategie (in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung)
- Vertretung der Gesellschaft gegenüber Kunden und anderen Vertragspartnern

- Übernahme und Unterstützung von strategischen Projekten (gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung sowie der Gruppenleitung der DIS)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Geografie, Geodäsie, Geoinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä.
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten oder angrenzenden Bereichen der Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Geoinformationen im Bereich Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung im Bereich der (GIS-) Projektleitung und Mitarbeiterführung
- gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Vermessungstechnik
- erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Mobile Mapping Systemen, GNSS und Tachymetrie erwünscht
- gute Kenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen
- gute Kenntnisse in GIS-Softwares, vermessungstechnischen Auswertungssoftwares wünschenswert
- sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Führerschein Klasse B/C von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
