- Sie entwickeln Schalungs- und Absturzsicherungslösungen zur Optimierung des Bauablaufs
- Sie erstellen technische Angebote und arbeiten Schalungs- und Montagepläne aus, inklusive anschließender Baustellenbetreuung
- Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Kund:innen individuell im In- und Ausland
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb (Innen- und Außendienst) fachlich bei technischen Fragestellungen
- Sie erstellen wünschenswerterweise statische Berechnungen und bemessen Tragkonstruktionen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bauingenieurwesen (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master)
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Statik und Schalungsbau, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie zeigen Kreativität und Innovationsfreude bei der Entwicklung technischer Lösungen
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und treten sicher im direkten Kund:innenkontakt auf – sowohl telefonisch als auch vor Ort
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (GER C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (GER B2) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
