Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und organisierst die Montage von PV-Anlagen auf Dächern oder Freiflächen
- Du weist Montageteams sowie externe Dienstleister ein und koordinierst sie
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Zeitvorgaben
- Du kontrollierst und nimmst die ausgeführten Arbeiten vor Ort ab
- Du kümmerst dich um die Materialdisposition und stimmst dich mit Lager/Logistik ab
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Bauleitung, Projektleitung und Montageteams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Dachdeckerhandwerk oder Metallbau
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Montagelogistik, idealerweise im PV-Bereich
- Du hast Führungserfahrung auf Baustellen und gehst sicher mit Montageteams um
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und baustellenspezifischen Vorschriften
- Du bringst Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
