- Sie organisieren und koordinieren Material, Nachunternehmer und Fremdfirmen auf der Baustelle
- Sie führen das Personal auf der Baustelle
- Sie montieren sach- und termingerecht erdverlegte Kunststoffmantelrohre nach Maßgabe des Projektleiters
- Sie stellen den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz gemäß Gefährdungsbeurteilung und Vorgaben von SiFa und SiGeKo sicher
- Sie führen den Baustellenordner (Bautagebuch, Rohrbuch, Dokumentation von Zusatzleistungen) nach Erfordernis
- Sie erstellen Aufmaße, Isometrien und Rotstrich-Zeichnungen und führen Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und Mangelverfolgung durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Rohrleitungsbau, speziell in der Fernwärme
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Montageteams
- Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse in der VOB, was wünschenswert ist, und sind offen für neue Kommunikationsmittel auf der Baustelle (PC, Tablet)
- Sie haben ein räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und arbeiten selbstständig sowie zuverlässig
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, Kommunikation und Teamarbeit machen Ihnen Spaß, und Sie besitzen mindestens einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
