Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst und unterstützt den Monatsabschluss in enger Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung
- Du erstellst das Jahresbudget sowie Forecasts, einschließlich Cash- und Liquiditätsplanung
- Du unterstützt beim Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss nach IFRS in SAP und Hyperion
- Du bereitest monatlich ein Dashboard zur Vertriebsleistung für das Management vor und präsentierst finanzspezifische KPIs
- Du erstellst das monatliche Reporting gemäß Konzernvorgaben und Fristen
- Du führst sämtliche Controlling-Tätigkeiten und Analysen durch
- Du implementierst Kostenkontrollinstrumente zur Identifikation möglicher Einsparpotenziale und präsentierst diese Daten an den Finance Director
- Du bist interne und externe Ansprechperson für Kreditversicherungen und bearbeitest Anträge auf Kreditabsicherung
- Du überwachst überfällige Forderungen und erstellst Berichte zur Überfälligkeitsanalyse für das Vertriebsteam

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du arbeitest ziel- und prioritätenorientiert
- Du bringst unternehmerisches Denken mit
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket sowie den SAP ERP-Systemen und HFM Hyperion

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
