Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vereinbarung und Koordination von Terminen jeglicher Art, einschließlich Beratungsgespräche und Anpassungstermine, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und optimalen Kundenservice sicherzustellen
- Du führst ausführliche Beratungsgespräche mit Kunden, um deren spezifische Bedürfnisse im Bereich orthopädische Schuhe zu ermitteln
- Du übernimmst verschiedene Bürotätigkeiten, darunter die Verwaltung von Bestellungen, die Pflege von Kundenakten sowie die Bearbeitung von Anrufen und E-Mails, um einen effizienten Betrieb des Geschäfts sicherzustellen
- Du kontrollierst und zeichnest den Wareneingang aus, sorgst für die korrekte Lagerhaltung und Präsentation der Produkte im Verkaufsbereich, und stellst sicher, dass alle Artikel korrekt ausgezeichnet und für den Verkauf bereit sind
- Du dokumentierst alle orthopädischen Aufträge sorgfältig in der Patientenkartei, um einen lückenlosen Überblick über die Kundenhistorie und individuellen Anforderungen zu gewährleisten. Dies beinhaltet die genaue Erfassung von Anpassungen, Bestellungen und speziellen Kundenanforderungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Orthopädieschuhtechnik
- Du magst den Umgang mit Menschen und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Du kannst gut kommunizieren und bist in der Lage, Kunden kompetent und einfühlsam zu beraten
- Du hast ein Interesse an medizinischen Grundlagen und die Bereitschaft, dich in die speziellen Anforderungen der Orthopädieschuhtechnik einzuarbeiten
- Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und verfügst über eine sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
