Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wickeln Neubauvorhaben und Pflegeobjekte selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich ab, inklusive Arbeitsvorbereitung, Nachtragsmanagement, Bauabrechnung, Aufmaß und Nachkalkulationen
- Sie erstellen und kalkulieren Angebote für Neubauvorhaben und Pflegebaustellen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Auftraggeber:innen und den Kolonnen vor Ort zusammen
- Bei entsprechender Eignung ist die Übernahme der Betriebsleitung möglich

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Techniker:in oder Ingenieur:in im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation und der Bauleitung
- Sie sind kommunikativ, leistungsbereit und gut organisiert
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und kundenorientiert und denken dabei betriebswirtschaftlich
- Sie besitzen mindestens einen Führerschein der Klasse B und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
