Mitarbeiter für RNA-Synthese und Produktionsanalytik - rekombinante und virale Impfstoffe (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig RNA-Synthesen für Entwicklungs- und Produktionszwecke durch und optimierst diese
- Du charakterisierst RNA-Produkte sowie rekombinante Proteine und Impfstoffe analytisch (z. B. HPLC, ELISA, PCR, Kapillarelektrophorese)
- Du führst Aufreinigungsprozesse (DSP) für RNA, rekombinante Proteine und virale Produkte durch und wirkst bei deren Optimierung mit
- Du analysierst Produktions- und QC-Daten, erstellst Trendberichte und leitest Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, QC und R&D zusammen, um Herstell- und Aufreinigungsprozesse zu harmonisieren und zu optimieren
- Du übernimmst die technische Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem globalen Projektteam
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege von GMP-gerechter Dokumentation (z. B. Herstellprotokolle, SOPs, Berichte)
- Du trägst zur Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits und Inspektionen bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Molekularbiologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Synthese oder Herstellung von RNA- oder Protein-basierten biopharmazeutischen Produkten mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Aufreinigung (DSP) von Nukleinsäuren oder Proteinen (z. B. Chromatographie, Ultrafiltration)
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in analytischen Methoden zur Charakterisierung von Nukleinsäuren und/oder Proteinen (z. B. HPLC, ELISA, Kapillarelektrophorese, Western Blot)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld und in der Arbeit an Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, QC und Entwicklung
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und im Trending aus und bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und trittst sicher in interdisziplinären sowie internationalen Projektteams auf.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
